Lullabible {Review & #Giveaway}

Pin It
Two years ago this week we headed to Florida to meet a little girl that would change our lives forever.  And what a week it was; one of the craziest and best of my life.  I gave the Lord the reigns that week and said, "Here ya go!  You lead." and He did!

That week was filled with mounds of paperwork, lots of logistics, and some precious time with our new baby girl.  I remember the excitement of having this life that we'd pray and hoped for for so long.  We made sure to get out and soak up those first few days with one another, however crazy they may have been.

On one of our outings we went to LifeWay for Moriah's first bible.  And this is the one we chose...

That night I remember popping the little CD in and reading the first bible story to our girl.   Writing our thoughts about her first days is a treasure I'll never forget.

So, when Thomas Nelson gave me the opportunity to review and give away a copy of LullaBible, you can imagine the emotions that came flooding back.  As our copy had been hidden away for a year or so, I went back to get it and opened it to remember those first few days with my girl...what an awesome memory that was.  Reading the words we wrote to her made me remember the faithfulness the Lord showed us that week and in the months after.  The faithfulness in providing the money we didn't have to make her ours forever.  The faithfulness in giving me a gift I'd longed for but feared I'd never receive.

To say this little book is a treasure to me is an understatement and I'm excited to share it with one of you today.  I hope you'll receive as much blessing from it as I have.

This cute little book comes with a CD with 20 lullabies.  It also features stories, poems, songs (with chords), and journal pages for parents to write their thoughts as their little one grows.  Today, one STC reader will win a copy of their own.  Please use the Rafflecopter form below to enter.
