Remember a few weeks ago when I mentioned a new
Tuesday link up? I lied when I said it would be starting the next week!
The next week was Christmas day and this week is New Years Day!
But, I'm excited to let you know that it will be starting
next week with my friend Trinity from The Ramsay Grace Blog!
Now, you may be asking yourself, "Why a prayer
link-up? I pray every day already!"
This link up is more than just that.
It's a chance for believers to come together, united in prayer, leave specific
prayer requests, encourage fellow believers, link-up a blessing or story
of hope, and so much more. It's a way for us to come together, united, as
we seek His will.
Trinity emailed me the weekend of the Connecticut
school shootings, desperately wanting to do something. After much
thought, prayer, and emailing, Tuesday's Prayer's was born!
Many times I tell someone that I'm praying for
them and I don't take the time to actually sit down, stop, and ask the Lord for
an answer to prayer. Tuesday's Prayers will be a committed act to pray
for each and every friend that links up. Trinity and I will visit each of
you, pray over your blog, and for you by name; all the while knowing that the
Lord is mighty to answer!
The Apostle John wrote, “Now this is the confidence
we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And
if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the
petitions that we have asked of Him.” (1 John 5:14–15) Let's trust and
believe that His word is true!
Tuesday's Prayers first link up will take
place on Tuesday, January 8th. In the meantime, we'd be pretty excited if
